**Recruitment**

The recruitment lead is responsible for managing the recruitment process, training, and right-to-work checks for the organisation. The recruitment lead plays a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and achieving its talent acquisition objectives.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Posting job advertisements on Indeed
- Screen and send CVs to the recruiting managers.
- Send job offers, starting the onboarding process.
- Do background checks and verify references, work experiences, and academic qualifications when necessary.
- Payroll administration
- send information to finance to set up payroll.
- Complete right-to-work checks for all new starters and everyone in the company when required.
- Complete DBS checks for new starters and company-wide when required.
- Create new starter I.T, Ecare, and Central training accounts.
- Allocate the yearly training to staff and send out calendar invites.
- Send out face-to-face training /online training to new starters.
- Download training certificates and send (monthly)
- Send face-to-face and online training to everyone in the company when necessary.
- Place ID card orders for new starters

**Referrals & move on coordinator**

Job Summary

As a referral coordinator at Maison Moti, you will play a crucial role in facilitating a seamless transition of vulnerable clients enduring mental health problems from clinical settings into the community. The successful applicant will be assisting and managing incoming referrals in a timely manner, ensuring the provision of quality service to the clients referred.

**Duties and responsibilities**

First point of contact when receiving a referral
- Analyse background information of the clients suitability
- Arrange assessment according to clients suitability and ensure that assessments are booked in a timely manner/according to our policy.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Notify local and health authorities when voids become available
- Provide quarterly reports and statistics regarding the referrals, voids, and move-ins.
