**Salary**: Basic £28,000 - £32,500 + annual bonus + benefits

**Location**: Hybrid (Dudley office)

**Role**: Analyse and maintain IT systems and support company Infrastructure
- Do you have 2+ years' experience supporting IT and Infrastructure as a 2nd Line, 3rd Line, Infrastructure Analyst, Infrastructure Engineer or similar?

We are working with a financial services company with over 100 years success and service to local customers. They pride themselves on the service they deliver externally and internally to colleagues. Customer service is key to the business especially withinthe IT Team. The business continues to grow year on year and has an exciting technical roadmap for 2023 and beyond.

As an **Infrastructure Engineer**, you'll work with the IT team to analyse, maintain, support and implement their Infrastructure and associated technologies. You will use your experience of Windows Servers 2016 - 2019, Windows 10, Active Director,and O365. No two days will be the same as you will be involved in different support escalations as well as deployment projects and technical changes. **Infrastructure Engineer** - Responsibilities**
- Analyse, maintain and support servers, networking, related on-premises infrastructure, back-up systems, and desktop services
- Implement technology change either as projects or smaller changes
- Provide support and troubleshooting for colleagues and customers
- Complete regular administrative tasks including Information Security checks
- Carry out configuration to support the business’ technology portfolio

**Infrastructure Engineer** - Requirements**
- 2+ years' experience supporting and implementing infrastructure technology in the following roles: 2nd line support, 3rd line support, IT or Technical Support, Infrastructure Analyst or Engineer, or similar
- Experience of Microsoft Servers 2016 - 2019
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and experience
- Ability to analyse problems, resolve queries, design and implement solutions
- Ideally you will have experience of VMware or Hyper-V
- Full and clean driving licence and vehicle
