Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people? Do you have the skills and compassion to provide exceptional care and support to those in need? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated team as a Support Worker.

As a Support Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Providing round-the-clock care and support to children and young people in our residential facility.
- Creating a safe and supportive environment where children can develop their skills, independence, and self-confidence.
- Building positive relationships with the children and young people in your care, offering emotional support and guidance.
- Implementing individual care plans and educational programs tailored to each child's needs.
- Participating in team meetings and collaborative efforts to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- A compassionate and patient nature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including sleep-ins.
- A commitment to the welfare and well-being of children and young people.
- Must be a driver, as you are required to transport the young people from time to time.
