**Job summary**:
Admin Support to the Station Safety Health Environment Adviser (SSHEA).

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.

**Job description**:

- The Health, Safety and Environment department is an integral part of RAF Halton, ensuring compliance to Government Legislation and assurance to Head of Establishment/Station Squadron Executives. The Department consists of 1 HEO, 1 EO and 1 AO Grade. The role consists of providing administrative support to the Station Safety, Health and Environment Adviser (SSHEA) and Deputy (DSSHEA) office; to assist with the fulfilment of the Safety, Health and Environmental management system including management of First Aid at Work Training.- Experience of computer programs including SharePoint and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable as the holder will have to input data into spreadsheets. Experience in record keeping is also desirable. Another key role will be managing SharePoint pages as well as the office diaries. The role also includes acting as a minute secretary for Station Health and Safety meetings as required.**Person specification**:
**Responsibilities**

Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

- Manage filing
- Managing office diaries for SSHEA and DSSHEA
- Managing the audit programme, booking audits and follow up appointments
- Managing audit reports
- Data input into databases
- Managing First Aid at Work training, records and risk assessment
- Act as minute secretary to meetings
