**About us**

Kingsward Limited is a manufacturing company based in Ferndale. The company was established over 30 years ago, and specialises in Metal Fabrication, Laser Cutting, Tube Manipulation and Powder Coating.

We are looking for a Part-Time Finance Assistant to undertake key financial responsibilities within our business.

This role is office based but comes with flexible working times. Part time hours would start between 15 and 20 hours per week however as the Company continues to expand, there is an expectation for the number hours to increase over time.

The company uses Sage 50 Accounting software, and knowledge and experience in its use would be preferable in meeting the requirements of this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Processing of purchase invoices, delivery notes & purchase orders
- Processing of sales Invoices
- Reconciliation of credit card payments and receipts
- Reconciliation and processing of banking transactions & statements
- Processing of journals
- Assist with record keeping of the monthly stock take.
- Credit control
- Assist with payroll, with the checking of employee's hours and holiday records.
- Other general admin dutues as required.

**Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Need to be well organised and ability to manage own workload.
- Ability to communciate professionally and efficiently with our customers and suppliers
- Previous experience in working in a finance role
- Good working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounting software.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.75-£12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
