Join a small and friendly team at our private physiotherapy and well-being clinic in Runcorn; working 23.5 hours per week (Wednesday - Friday 2.45pm-8.15pm & Saturday 8.45am-4.15pm). Would consider splitting these hours as a job share.

You must have administration and customer care experience in previous roles. You will be responsible for answering calls and dealing with enquiries from customers, either face to face or over the phone, booking appointments, taking payments and liaising with insurance companies. A solid customer care background is essential, as an important element of the role will be managing the client experience. You must have a can do attitude, enjoy multi-tasking and possess the drive to succeed in a fast paced and complex environment. As the first point of contact for our business, commercial awareness and a professional attitude are essential attributes for this role.

An essential part of the role is a degree of flexibility to be able to help cover sickness and holidays from time to time. Overtime is optional but as a small team we cover each other as and when needed.
The first 6 months of your employment are a probationary period, during which time you will receive work based training. Proposed start date is week commencing 4th July.
