We work in a **flexible hybrid mode** with at least 2 days in the office (based in Rickmansworth on J17 of the M25) but some of your work can be done from home If you do want to work from the office however, you are welcome to do so and canaccess:

**Detailed Description**
- Create and maintain regular CRM reporting (internal, Head Office & Manufacturer) to measure, promote and demonstrate the value of MFS products to all stakeholders
- Manage and follow up information requests from field teams, manufacturers, shareholders, and associated suppliers
- Manage the data structures and resources associated with CRM activity
- Day-to-day coordination of CRM contact platforms
- Deputise for the CRM Manager when required
- Manage day to day queries and output of the Loyalty Team
- Supporting the Sales and Marketing functions in developing targeted and bespoke retention offers
- Providing CRM analysis for objective setting
- Developing and maintaining a good understanding of best practice in centre retention processes for sharing throughout the business
- Monitoring, evaluation, and analysis of financial results
- Coordinate activity for dealer remuneration schemes and CRM campaigns
- Manage the CRM Dealer Database and monitor CRM Archive logs
- Liaise with IT to ensure all requests are completed satisfactorily and testing undertaken as required
- Involvement & input into CRM projects, as required
- Close liaison with Marketing colleagues
