Lettings Co-ordinator

We are an independent family run lettings agents with office's in Norwich and Diss. We are expanding both our branches and looking to recruit one full time member at each office.
This is an exciting varied role within a small team and would suit someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi task. No experience is necessary as full training will be given.
- Carrying out property viewings
- Carrying out property inspections
- Taking property pictures
- Compiling inventory and condition reports
- Check out and dilapidation reports and discussing deposit deductions with tenants and landlords
- Issuing maintenance jobs out to our contractors and following up and liaising with landlords and contractors
Skills required:
- Great customer service
- Excellent organisation and memory
- Problem solving and ability to use own initiative
- Articulate communication
- Computer literacy
- Clean driving license
- An interest in property, which whilst not essential would be beneficial.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. (37.5)
