Location: Birmingham & Surrounding Areas
**Salary**: £64,084 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent**
**The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a capable individual with excellent man-management skills and experience in our In-House Maintenance Team as a Priority Repairs Manager.
As the Priority Repairs Manager, you’ll provide effective management, diagnosis, delivery and detailed reporting of all Priority Repairs including issues such as Damp & Mould. You’ll ensure that all priority repairs are delivered in a timely, cost effective,customer focused and safe manner in line with budgets and legislative requirements.
Please note, a full UK driving license is essential to be considered for this position.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:
- Lead and motivate a team consisting of a Contracts Manager, Priority Repairs Supervisor and 2x Customer Liaison Managers, to deliver a high-quality priority repairs service.
- Engage with internal and external partners in a collaborative approach to tackle the root cause of priority repairs issues such as Damp & Mould.
- Produce regular operational and compliance reports for priority repairs and provide assurance to the leadership team that any issues have been managed and dealt with within agreed timescales and processes.
- Assist in the development and review relevant budgets ensuring expenditure is robustly managed in line with Midland Heart’s financial controls.
