Are you an HR Advisor professional looking for that something extra to take your career to the next level?

You will be joining an exciting, modern, manufacturing organisation in Rugby in which you will assist the head of HR in a completely generalist capacity:

- Being on the forefront of supporting HR projects
- Provide advice on ER, including complex cases
- Supporting line managers and coaching on policies and procedures
- Assist the Head of HR on delivering strategy
- Ensure all new starters are inducted correctly
- Assist with recruitment

About you:

- Experience within a HR Advisor role OR a HR Officer looking fort a step up
- Experience managing ER cases
- Blue collar experience is desired but not a requirement

Salary will be between £28,000-£34,000
