**COMMERCIAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATE - Residential Estate Agency**

**Location: London Waterloo**

**Salary: OTE £70k**

**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

Due to our client’s recent expansion, we are now seeking a **Commercial Property Associate** to join their team based in London Waterloo and be an integral part of the development of this exciting new division.

You will be dealing with the Sale, Let and Management of **Commercial Property** and previous experience in this field is essential.

Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, and you should be comfortable dealing with a wide range of people. You will be diplomatic and have natural confidence to negotiate deals.

You need to be able to build solid relationships with business clients and develop them over a period of time with regular contact.

You also need strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the commercial property industry in order to identify opportunities to develop new business.

Previous experience of having worked in the Commercial Property sector is essential and a RICS qualification (or similar) would be ideal.

**Skills: The skills required for this** Commercial Property Associate r**ole will include**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (both Commercial Lettings & Sales)
- An understanding of Commercial Leases
- Assess and identify opportunities for new business
- Advise on, negotiate and review commercial agreements
- Make changes that maximise the potential revenue
- Be target driven and tenacious
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Have good organisational skills
- RICS qualification helpful
