**Purpose**

To undertake training and develop knowledge in Electrical Maintenance activities, reactive and planned maintenance work and to ensure all work undertaken is completed with due regard to quality, productivity and safety.

In addition to these functions’ employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Working alongside a team of mechanical and electrical engineers on rotating shifts.
- To act professionally when working across the business at all levels, within the surrounding settings.
- Assisting other trades within the department, again to build up business knowledge and experience.
- To comply with all Health and Safety Regulations and Company policies and to ensure always that the work area is clean, tidy and safe.

Undertake additional training alongside, Apprenticeship framework and college responsibilities

**Salary and shifts**

Shift pattern/ hours of work: Rotating days and noons (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm)

As well as this, overtime is available and you will be on a call out rota.

Your initial hourly rate will be £11.56 per hour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £11.56 per hour

Expected hours: 37.25 per week
