**Doing Amazing Things Together**
We are recruiting a PBS Practitioner to join our team in Bristol. This is an exciting new opportunity to really make a difference to the lives of the people we support. If you are interested in enabling people with complex needs to lead a great life and to work alongside staff to make this happen then this is the job for you

- Working alongside staff to develop their confidence and skills
- Staff training & Coaching
- Incident analysis
- Debrief and reflective practice.

You will have a strong presence in locations and working alongside people we support and staff in a flexible way to provide support in the evenings and weekends as required.

You will be a driver with access to a car for work.
