Hospital Porter

We are currently looking for **HOSPITAL PORTERS** to work in **LYMINGTON HOSPITAL, SO41.**

Responsibilities of the **HOSPITAL PORTERS**:

- Transporting patients to different parts of the hospital.
- Moving deliveries and oxygen canisters around the hospital.
- Assisting in general cleaning when required.
- Supporting patients as and when required by staff.
- Assisting with serving meals to patients when required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous hospital/care assistant experience preferred but not required.
- Must be physically fit.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work to target and follow instructions.
- Must be friendly and approachable.

**Working days**: There is a 6 week rolling rota. Must be available to work all days and nights.

**Basic Hours**: 40 hours per week.

**Basic Pay**: Mon-Fri Days - £11.45. Mon-Fri Nights - £14.62

**Overtime Pay**: Sat & Sun Days and Nights - TBC
