**AUCTION VALUER**

**Full-time. Permanent.**

An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for any experienced estate agency valuers.

Our clients are a highly-successful property auction house with partnered agents across the region.

They are looking for an experienced valuer who can not only advise potential clients of the benefits of a sale by auction but also engender dynamic working relations with their agents to ensure the auction route is a well-considered and consistently-promotedmethod of sale.

1. Experience of valuing/selling property

2. An understanding of the auction operation.

3. Ability to engage with partner agents.

4. Have a proven track record.

5. People management skills.

6. Good diary management and self-motivation skills.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday with flexibility being important (some Saturdays may be required)

This role will involve travelling across the region.

Benefits: 1.Good basic salary with generous OTE.
