Exciting opportunity for a Primary Special Needs Teacher in Sutton Coldfield

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced primary special needs teacher to join our team at our school in Sutton Coldfield. This is a full-time, long-term position starting immediately from 08:30am-03:30pm.

**As a primary special needs teacher at our school, you will be responsible for**:
Creating and delivering engaging and inclusive lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each child.

Collaborating with other members of the special needs team and working closely with parents and caregivers.

Monitoring and assessing the progress of each child and providing regular updates to parents.

Utilizing a range of teaching strategies and resources to ensure that each child reaches their full potential.

A relevant teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or QTS with a specialism in special needs education.

A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a special needs teacher in a primary setting.

Strong knowledge of special needs education, including experience working with children with a range of disabilities.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

A positive attitude and a passion for helping children with special needs succeed.
