**Job Title: Intermediate/Senior Sustainability Consultant**

**Salary: £40-55k**

**Location: City of London**

We are a global architecture, engineering, and design consultancy firm that has been delivering sustainable and innovative design solutions for over 50 years. We are currently seeking an Intermediate/Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our team and deliver green building certifications such as BREEAM, LEED, and WELL.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading sustainability assessments and developing strategies to improve the sustainability of buildings, focusing on energy and water efficiency, sustainable materials, and waste management.
- Delivering green building certification projects, including BREEAM, LEED, and WELL, from pre-assessment to post-construction stages.
- Managing projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Working collaboratively with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable design solutions and provide sustainability advice
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest sustainability trends, technologies, and regulations, and incorporating these into design solutions.
- Contributing to the development of sustainable design policies, standards, and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in delivering green building certifications such as BREEAM, LEED, and WELL.
- A degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, engineering, or architecture.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles, strategies, and technologies.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to sustainability and a desire to contribute to a more sustainable built environment.
