Our client is a multi-award-winning digital agency based in Media City, Salford Quays. Due to their success and growth across social and digital campaigns, they are looking for an **Associate Director** to join their Client Services team.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Support the Account Director with the growth and strategy of the client services department.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients with a directive and strategic approach.
- Maintain levels of quality and service in management of accounts.
- Provide top level digital marketing expertise positioning the agency as a go to.
- Support the leadership team with new business.
- Manage cost proposals and budgets.
- Prepare and present client-facing proposals.

**Skills needed**:

- Experience managing large client accounts independently.
- Experience working on social/influencer campaigns with some experience in PPC/Paid Social/SEO/Digital PR.
- Comfortable with full autonomy over accounts and managing a small team.
- Hands on digital experience would be beneficial.
- 3+ years in a client-facing position.
