- **ORTUS RECRUITMENT **_are working with a lovely and inclusive primary school in the **London Borough of Brent** who are looking for a **CACHE Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant** to support amongst their EYFS team.

You must be CACHE level 3 qualified however being the right personality fit is also key. If you are someone that is patient, encouraging and proactive then this is the perfect role for you. You will be responsible for supporting children aged 4 - 5 with their emotional, social and academic development, this will be primarily done by learning through play therefore understanding the fundamentals of the EYFS framework is essential.

The successful individual will join a mainstream, Ofsted rated _'good'_ school and work alongside the classroom teacher and the Senior Leadership Team, who offer motivation every step of the way. **This role also comes with the opportunity to progress onto a Teacher Training programme in partnership with the school.**

**The Level 3 Teaching Assistant MUST**:

- have 3+ months experience in classroom setting
- be Level 3 qualified or degree educated
- have experience working with children with additional needs
- have strong numeracy/literacy skills

**Salary**: £75.00-£95.00 per day
