We have an excellent opportunity within our Customer Service Team for a Senior Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) Operators. This is a static position which will be based at Chelmsford only.

**The Role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed colleague to provide our customers with excellent service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced through pro-active monitoring of the gateline facility (ATGs.) In addition, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the gateline (ATG's), fault reporting and keeping your work area clean and tidy.

As a Senior Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) Operator, you will be responsible for the remote monitoring of gates at Chelmsford. The successful applicant will be expected to remotely monitor our gateline in the bus exit conservatory whilst standing by the main gates.

Full uniform will be provided, to ensure that you embrace our values and brand as a business.
