It all started in 2020, with Podium Café, Podium Cars supercar sales & coffee roastery housed under one roof. Over the last two years, Podium Place has expanded to become a fast favourite for petrolheads near & far a stretch, with Podium Detailing & Podium Paddock Members’ Club launching in 2022.

The Podium Café team are looking for a full-time barista to assist our crew. Join our casual, high-speed & exciting workplace. You’ll be working as part of our existing crew to serve speciality coffee & food prepared with passion to our patrons.

**Employment details**:

- 40 hours contracted per week over 5 shifts

**Your duties will include**:

- Assisting the Café Crew with day-to-day operations of Podium Café
- Work as part of a team to ensure a high level of customer, food & beverage service is provided to our clients
- Participate in the Podium customer journey by providing a personalised & memorable service
- Memorise & relay information about our products & services as part of customer enquiries
- Regular participation in exhilarating company automotive hospitality events both on-site & off-site when required

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Must be flexible & able to work weekends
- Previous barista experience not essential but highly preferred
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Be adaptable & work well as part of a team
- Must be physically able to stand/be active for long periods of time

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- barista/coffee: 1 year (preferred)
- hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
