**Key Responsibilities**:
**Expert Care**: Provide expert knowledge and insights to the senior

management team, offering professional feedback on users, care packages,

and mentoring front-line staff.

and support to individuals with autism, mental health conditions, learning

disabilities and dual diagnoses.

**Mentorship**: Support and mentor front-line staff, ensuring best practice

methods and conducting competency assessments.

**Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with internal and external professionals

to deliver excellent services and meet individual outcomes.

Continuous Improvement: Undertake audits, implement quality assurance

programs, and develop tools to enhance an evolving and dynamic care

Organisation.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**Credentials**: Hold valid NMC Registration and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Mental Health / Learning Disabilities.

**Experience**: Demonstrate a proven 2 years of work experience in mental

health nursing / learning disabilities with the relevant group of service users.

**Skills**: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working

effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Innovation: Showcase a proactive and innovative approach to problem
- solving, with a commitment to staying updated on the latest research and best

practices.

**Desirable Attributes**:
Forensic Experience: Experience in managing forensic patients.

**Leadership**: The ability to take on a leadership role among other nurses

within the company.
