**Job Summary**:
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for the inspection of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment to ensure quality control standards are met.

Daily Duties include:

- Patrol inspections of fabrications, welded assemblies & machined components.
- Producing ISIRs for 1st off inspections.
- Processing non conformance reports for rejects.

The use of a 'FARO' arm will be required. (Training available if required)

Experience in using a FARO arm will be advantageous.

Experience in processing PPAP paperwork will be advantageous.

Competative salary dependant on experience.

**Essential Duties**:

- Inspect raw materials, finished goods, and equipment to ensure quality control standards are met
- Verify the accuracy of incoming data against records and documentation to ensure that all processes are operating in compliance with specifications and procedures
- Ensure that the quality control process is being followed by all personnel within the department
- Perform daily inspections of production equipment to ensure that it is in accordance with specifications and procedures
- Maintain records of inspection results and actions taken to ensure that production is meeting quality standards
- Participate in meetings to review inspection results and discuss corrective actions as necessary
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Education**:

- High School GCSEs required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three years of prior experience.
