We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our professional and friendly team on a permanent basis. Our hours are flexible and varied and we take real pride in creating a positive workplace.
As a Customer Service Advisor your primary goal will be to resolve customer queries and ensure that our customers are satisfied with our service. This is a fast-paced job role and as a Customer Service Advisor you will effectively be handling inbound customercalls.
**Full time and part time hours available**
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership, balancing both the customer and business needs.
- Through coaching our customers, you’ll help them to understand how best to shop with us on our digital platforms, including online and via our new app.
- Delivering against Key Performance Indicators.
- Maximising relevant sales opportunities to ensure the customer leaves the contact with everything they need for the job.
- You’ll take accountability of making key customer service decisions to resolve issues.
- Customer Service experience - face to face and/or over the phone
- An excellent, clear, and professional telephone manner
- Great problem solving and organisational skills.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Contact centre/Customer Service experience.
- Experience within Telecoms industry (is desirable but not essential)
- An excellent, clear, and professional telephone manner
- Good verbal communication skills
- Great problem solving and organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
