**Title: Pickers And Packers / Assembly Operative**

Packing and Assembly workers, are required to put together small parts, for our inclusive client in the **Bredbury **area.

Paid at £10.50 per hour, increasing to **£11 **per hour following a 4-week training period - paid weekly.

Overtime opportunities are available at a higher rate, and this role will be a long term opportunity with the potential to be permanent.

The start to finish times for this role are **Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm, with a 2:00pm finish on Fridays.**

**Full training is provided.**

**Responsibilities**
- Basic assembly - training given and will involve putting together small parts
- Teamwork - consulting with the project manager and other key members of the team, working together to support daily tasks

You will be required to follow all safe systems of work and a full site induction will be provided, as well as relevant training, if you are required to work in other areas.

**Requirements**:

- Assembly experience is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work to own initiative and collaborate with the team also
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on-approach to duties
