- ** Your Role **:As part of the Technical Services function, your role will see you taking a leadership position as the first line management and supervisor of the electrical team. The team are multi skilled and conduct preventative maintenance, investigation, examination, and conditioning of equipment and associated sub-assemblies held at KN Donnington. Hours Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the day-to-day operational area functionality and performance of Teams which include Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives/Administrators
- Conduct Line Manager Briefs as required along with managing staff Training and Competency to ensure achievement of all requirements, on time and in full, including conducting training needs analysis.
- Undertake effective Resource Utilisation, Planning and Management activities as required.
- Use trade skills and qualifications in conjunction with current approved data ensuring jobs are completed effectively
- Undertake Absence and discipline management activities as required.
- Provide technical advice/support to all stakeholders.
- Undertake QSHE Investigations as required for safety compliance including root cause analysis, trend tracking and improvement plans.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Recognised Electrical/Engineering Apprenticeship, Level 3 Qualification or equivalent experience in the relevant trade groups
- Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate
- Financial and strategic management experience and commercial awareness
- Drive, determination and a track record in delivering continuous improvement
- Ability to influence, negotiate and deal with conflict successfully
