Host/receptionist

We are on the search for an enthusiastic, and passionate individual to join us at The William Cecil as Hotel Host.

As Hotel Host/Receptionist, you will serve a key role: To deliver excellence in customer service by continuously identifying ways to delight and exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining agreed standards of service and product delivery in line with company business objectives.

**Some of your key responsibilities**:

- Check In & Check Out of guests and updating internal systems of guest presence.
- To know all facilities and service within the hotel and in the local area and share this with guests who need assistance.
- Taking payment for outstanding charges and keeping accurate records of these.
- Guest satisfaction and interaction.
- Receive and process telephone and walk-in reservations accurately to ensure guest satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.50 per hour
