We are currently recruiting for an Estates Officer Facilities Manager on behalf of client the MOD.

**As an Estates Officer your main responsibilities would be**:

- Contribute to the guidance to operational teams to influence compliance with relevant policy, legislation and best practice.
- Support the delivery of business plans. Keep up to date on changing legislation and best practice externally, to make recommendations in the organisation.
- Assist with the development of policies and processes and monitor and advise on effective implementation in the organisation.
- Participate in projects, providing input to improve ways of working and organisational efficiency.
- Build relationships with operational stakeholders to understand issues and provide effective responses.
- Provide advice to others on policies, procedures, practices, and techniques.

**You’ll have relevant experience in**:

- Soft FM qualifications ideal but not essential
- Measuring up
- Data entry
- Microsoft Office Skills - Excel /Outlook and Word
