**JOB TITLE**:Sales Administrator

**LOCATION**:Highbridge, Somerset

**SALARY**:£20,000 - £24,000 PA DOE

**HOURS**:8.30am - 5.30pm (30 minute lunch)

**BENEFITS**:28 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), Christmas shut down, Pension Scheme, free parking, friendly and upbeat working environment.

**THE COMPANY**:A service driven manufacturing company supplying specialist solutions throughout the UK.

**THE ROLE**:

- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Support with purchasing
- Process and send out invoices
- Updating customer databases and maintaining records
- Ad hoc duties

**THE CANDIDATE**:The successful applicant will have prior administrative experience and excellent customer care skills. Personality is key in this team, they are very friendly and sociable so you will need to enjoy working in a buzzy environmentand have a good sense of humour
