**Employment Associate (3 to 5 years PQE) - Newcastle, England**

If you are an employment solicitor with 3 + years PQE, we want to hear from you

**The Role**

You will get the opportunity to;
- work with and lead on advising clients on day to day employment matters
- work across contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- work closely with clients on any re-organisation projects and corporate support work with the corporate team
- manage and conduct tribnuals

**The Person**

Ideally you will meet the following criteria;
- Qualified Solicitor - England & Wales
- 3 + years PQE
- PQE gained in an employment team where you have gained a broad range of experience across a range of employment matters
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to develop strong client relationships
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team
