**Inbound Call Centre Agent**

**Permanent, Full-time**

**Hybrid working/Bristol office 3 days a week**

We're looking for self-motivated individuals who are looking to work in a friendly, supportive, team-orientated, and customer-driven environment You will provide a confident, knowledgeable and efficient front-line service to our Bupa customers and colleagues.

You will be responsible for supporting customers and internal Bupa colleagues with queries and changes relating to their dental products as well as supporting customers to purchase dental products, booking appointments and receiving complaint calls through outstanding customer service, sharing the key benefits of the new products and explaining the services available.

**Key responsibilities**
- You will take inbound overflow calls from our customers helping them with queries about new appointments, new dental products or help with general queries.
- Using your product knowledge and customer service skills to offer solutions for their enquiries or new products if requested.
- Building rapport and understanding each customer's requirements
- Ensure appropriate records of customer interactions are created and maintained on Bupa systems to remain compliant with data protection and regulatory requirements
- You will also be required to support the marketing team projects by doing occasional outbound calls to existing Bupa customers.

**Experience**
- Previous experience of working in a customer services environment and demonstrates strong customer focus skills.
- Call centre experience desirable but not essential.
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style when needed.
- Ability to handle telephone calls with knowledge, confidence, maturity and tact at all times
- You must be self-motivated, driven, and resilient to meet and exceed your performance targets and KPIs.
