In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting your Store Manager, contributing significantly to the success of the store.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

- Collaborating with your Store Manager to drive sales and boost profitability
- Inspiring, guiding, and coaching sales associates to excel
- Supporting the implementation of established retail processes while actively seeking enhancements
- Ensuring adherence to fundamental retail operations such as inventory management
- Analyzing performance metrics and leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance store outcomes
- Maintaining store aesthetics in accordance with the brand's visual merchandising standards
- Stepping up in the absence of the store manager to ensure seamless operations
