Saturday Veterinary Receptionist

**We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team here at YourVets Nuneaton**
This is a part time position working every Saturday 8:30am - 17:00pm.
As the face our clients see first our receptionists provide a friendly and efficient service to our clients and their animals. You will need to be able to work well within a team as well as working individually in a fast paced environment, however support from your peers is always on hand. We are a professional and personable team working in a very challenging and busy environment, which makes the role varied, interesting and no day is ever the same
You will need to have the ability to remain calm under pressure and also show empathy in each situation you encounter, from sharing the excitement of a puppy's first visit to the vets or comforting a client who has received some bad news.
Previous receptionist or customer facing experience is essential. Previous veterinary industry experience would also be highly beneficial but not essential as full training and support will be provided. Most importantly, we are looking for a team player who is flexible and adaptable. We are a busy practice with an ambitious team consisting of veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses, student nurses, veterinary care assistants and receptionists.
The salary for this position will be in line with National Minimum Wage +3% cost of living increase.
