Job Purpose: To work closely with Head of Client Accounts in order to produce and review monthly reports that are send to directors with the business and also are used to keep appropriate records within the department. The other part of the role is to support the smooth operation of the Client Accounts department at Chase Evans Residential Estate Agency, through accurate and efficient accounting for and reporting to our clients based in Hong Kong and China assisting them with queries on their income and expenditure, liaise with other departments to provide excellent service in highly competitive market. Looking after own portfolio of clients giving great opportunity to learn both accounting and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manipulating, reviewing and analysing data using excel
- Reviewing daily payments to our clients and ensuring accounts balancing
- Importing new tenancies and ensuring correct funds are allocated and fees set up for our services.
- Responding to clients queries within agreed department standards and processes.
- Support other team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client accounts, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately filed and stored in accordance with company policy.

Key Requirements:

- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Advance level of EXCEL is mandatory
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records meeting company policies and legal requirements.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other share holders.
