**Main Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings
- Ensuring a smooth check in/out process for all guests at all times, taking payments and returning deposits
- Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
- Compiling guests accounts and fulfilling administrative duties
- Responding to requests for help and information
- Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments
- Dealing with guests inquiries and supporting sales department
- Ensure that the Heads of Departments are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments

**Please note: This role involves working shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. As a guide, start times will be either 0700 - 1500 or 1430 - 2230, depending which shift applies. Pay includes holiday allowance.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From £11.68 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
