**Nursery assistant/ practitioner/ Senior Lead (Full time or Part time)**

We currently have 2 NEW opportunities at our beautiful, outstanding rated, nursery and preschool located in Beaconsfield. **Nursery assistant practitioner Unqualified - L3 +**

We are looking for passionate nursery assistant / practitioner level 2 / 3 in Early years/childcare or higher to work within our nursery and preschool with a friendly supportive team. We can consider unqualified who is keen to learn and train. BUT you MUSThave some childcare/nursery experience)

**Senior Practitioner / Senior Lead**

We are also looking for a qualified experienced practitioner with a level 3 or above in Early years childcare who is looking to progress or take a step up to a senior role. This would be assisting with the daily running within the room.
- Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe. Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
- Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ/BTEC level 2/3 or equivalent in childcare
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stages)
- Be able to work well in a team.

**Hours**: We can be flexible on hours, our full-time positions are 40 per week working 4 days per week. We can offer part time as well.

We have a real emphasis on work life balance and can offer compressed hours over 4 days, 5 shorter days, as well the option for someone to work part time either 2 or 3 days per week.
