**Position**:
We are searching for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our Customer Operations department and report into our Customer Service Director. You will lead and manage the support teams within the Customer Operations department to contribute to the growth of easyfundraising.
**How you'll shine**
As Customer Service Team Leader you will continue to develop our amazing customer support team, motivating and enabling them to play their part in achieving the company strategy. You will develop the purpose and achievements of the team ensuring outstanding customer support. We're a digital company and use the latest technology to build our website, mobile app and toolbar - you don't have to be a tech whiz but a love of the world of technology will stand you in good steed to succeed in this role.
**What you'll do**
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivate the team to achieve organisational goals.
- Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegate tasks to team members.
- Ensure continuous learning so all team members are reaching their potential

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a team leader/manager within an outbound / inbound calling environment
- Working within hybrid working environment.
- Experience with a multi-channel customer support team.
- Excellent communication skills
- A love of anything digital
- Able to turn complex concepts into simple language
- Coaching skills to engage, and motivate the team
- Ambition and drive
