- Lead projects with external, academic partners and private companies to enhance the development of new technologies to support the business.
- Develop unique capabilities using psychological and neuroscientific approaches to characterise perfume properties.
- Translate your findings into consumer-relevant insights to aid in the development of enhanced fragrance experiences.

- Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience, Cognitive Psychology, Consumer Psychology or related discipline.
- Experience of brain measurement techniques (e.g. EEG, fMRI or similar) and the associated programming skills (e.g. MATLAB) would be a distinct advantage.
- Team-working skills.
- The ability to manage a project, working from brainstorming through prioritisation to the publishing of reports.
- Experience providing supervisory and mentor guidance is desirable.
