Daddy Daycare is a small, family run business which has been operating for nine years. Our clubs are very child focused; the children make and choose snacks, pick toys, activities and will even be involved in the interview process (they're great judges of character)

We are a real living wage employer and a company that is still expanding with plans to open new sites in the near future. As a result this role offers future opportunity for progression and we will support team members looking to progress to deputy manager and manager. Pay increases planned for April 2023.
- **About You**_

We need someone who can treat every child as an individual, can engage with them and knows how to have fun.

You'll have experience working with children - whether in a school, nursery, after school club or similar - and be qualified as a practitioner in line with SSSC guidelines
- **About the role**_

The role needs to be a minimum of 16 hours a week Monday to Thursday 2-6pm, ideally 22hrs.

We operate holiday clubs where the shift patterns are different (as we are open for full days) but you are guaranteed your full regular hours throughout the holidays and we can often offer extra shifts to those who would like them.

We offer competitive pay, good progression opportunities, discounted childcare, funded company nights out and an extra holiday off work on your birthday.
