The University of Wolverhampton is seeking to recruit a Muslim Chaplain to join its multifaith chaplaincy team.

The University of Wolverhampton is seeking to recruit a Muslim Chaplain to join its multifaith chaplaincy team.

The role combines support for Muslim staff and students, interfaith hospitality, and leading events and activities for students of all faiths and none. The role does not require you to be an authorised Religious Leader but there is a genuine occupational for a practising Muslim. As a specialist within the Chaplaincy team, under the management of the Lead Chaplain, the Muslim Chaplain will be the first point of contact for all staff and students' Religion and Belief questions in relation to the practicalities of placements, assessments, and facilities.

The role is 20 hours a week, hours should be worked to a regular pattern after a discussion with the Lead Chaplain.

Interviews will take place on the 19th December, 2023.
