Anderson Property services are looking for a Joinery Maintenance Engineer to join our team with immediate effect.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Joiner with relevant experience who has a varied knowledge of carrying out maintenance duties in a commercial & Retail environment. You would be responsible for the effective reaction to planned and un-planned maintenance issues at our clients properties, throughout central Scotland.

**Requirements**:

- 4 years (preferred) experience.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Have own tools.
- CLEAN driving licence.
- Attention to detail.
- A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.
- Previous use of handheld technology Ideal but not essential(PDA) for all planned and reactive works
- An HSE understanding

**The main duties include**:

- General property repairs such as hanging doors, fitting or changing door locks frames or handles.
- Fire door maintenance -Door closure repairs etc.
- Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works.
- Completion of compliance/work sheets and obtain authorisation from the Client.
- Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard.
- A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday (On call rota 1 in 10 weeks, overtime available)

**Salary**: £16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
