**What you’ll be doing**:

- Data management and input of Weld Numbers to achieve project proficiency
- Provide technical support to Welders and Steelworkers in the absence of Team Leaders
- Work with several stakeholders across the hierarchy to support daily delivery requirements
- Process Improvement of the Welding Engineer team

**Your skills and experiences**:

- NVQ IN Relevant Background (Trade Background)
- Understanding of Safety and Quality working regulations
- Stakeholder management experience
- MS Office Proficiency
- SAP
- Understand technical drawings
- Welder/Pipe Welder experience
- Keen problem solver

**The Welding team**:
In this role, you will be playing a key part in the progression of the UKs Nuclear Submarine Fleet. You will have the opportunity to build and manage teams of experienced and junior individuals and help grow the team into an effective unit. You will provide expert knowledge and guidance as we move the project along, while also liaising with senior stakeholders and managers and gaining exposure.
