Voids Cleaner

**The opportunity to join a reputable organisation on a temporary Cleaner contract has become available in the Nottingham area. This role is offering the potential for an ongoing position, a good working environment and a competitive salary.**:

- Cleaner_
- Cotgrave, Nottingham_
- 37 hours week/ shifts between 8 and 5pm _
- £22777 pa/ or equivalent _
- Opportunity: At least until 31 March 2023 however likely to be extended come the new financial year_
- **As a Cleaner, the main duties of the role will be**:

- General clearance and removal of bulk refuse furniture and other associated items from stock (including residents' gardens and lofts) and transporting to a designated disposal or storage area.
- Clearing and cleansing of domestic properties and associated external areas, in accordance with laid down frequencies and procedures.
- To undertake grounds maintenance duties as directed by the Void Cleansing Manager, including the removal of graffiti in accordance with established procedures.
- Taking appropriate action to prevent any activities that may result in damage or disfigurement to property, belongings or undue annoyance to residents.

**As a Cleaner, you must have**:

- Medically and physically able to remove heavy / bulky refuse, including working in lofts.
- Ability to read and understand instructions including, inventories, procedures and practices particularly in respect of health and safety issues
- **Hold a valid UK driving license**:

- Experience in a Cleaner, Voids cleaner, Housekeeping role
