**Are you an experienced financial services administration professional, looking for a new role in a dynamic and supportive environment?**

Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful IFA requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to the Financial Advisers and wider team.

Duties for this role will include:

- Supporting the provision of holistic financial planning service for both personal and corporate clients incorporating the use of protection products, investment products, pension planning and tax planning.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and research preparing for meetings and supporting the financial planner with clients. Post meeting, liaising with clients/providers to submit/process various types of new business.
- Recommending improvements to clients’ records, systems and practices and assist as and when needed.
- Organising and supporting every client as effectively and efficiently as possible to the Group’s standards and to ensure effective completion before review by Financial Planner.

You:

- Ideally you will already have or willing to study towards the relevant qualification in Financial Planning.
- Experience working for an IFA office or financial institution and have Financial Services administration experience.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
