We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Credit Controller with a background in accounting or currently training to be an
accountant.

be at the forefront of developing and shaping the finance function as the business expands. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and CEO, the Credit Controller will play a pivotal role in laying the groundwork for scalable, efficient financial processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Issue invoices accurately and promptly, managing client relationships to ensure seamless cash flow.
- Maintain an up-to-date register of invoiced projects, facilitating daily bookkeeping activities.
- Perform reconciliations to ensure all billing activities are accurately recorded and accounted for and received as payments.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for management decision making with key insights and recommendations.
- Manage getting the inputs required accurately and promptly for preparation of financial accounts, PAYE, VAT etc.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Studying Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or currently pursuing an accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Preferably proficient in MS Office and/or a willingness to learn.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with management and external clients professionally.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
