Our friendly Nursery School is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable person to clean and maintain our nursery and grounds to a high standard.

Caretaker
Hours : 17 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
Pay : Grade 4, Annual Salary £21,968 - £23,194 (pro rata) - 2023-2024 pay increase pending

Required to start in October 2023 - or as soon as possible

The successful applicant will be:

- flexible in their approach to the job;
- able to show initiative;
- able to work to a high standard and take pride in their work; and
- responsible and reliable, being accountable for the security of the school.

The successful applicant will be required to work daily during term time and for two weeks during the summer holidays (40 weeks per year in total).

**_Fluency Duty_**:

- In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post._
