Together, this could be the start of something very exciting.- As our new PR Managing Partner you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and developing teams, with a primary remit of helping us capitalise on the significant growth opportunities that exist both within existing clients and new prospects. You’ll work closely with our brilliant new business team, and partner closely with our Earned Media Creative Director to shape compelling responses to opportunities, that captivate clients and win business. - Have a background in recognised PR agencies, working on high-profile accounts.
- Be someone clients instantly warm to, with an ability to quickly establish rapport, trust and collaborative relationships.
- Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team (& wider agency teams) to deliver better and more effective work.
- Build strong relationships internally & externally, founded on trust, honesty and that desire to make clients famous within their markets.
- Have a curious mindset that’s always looking for ways to improve what we’re doing and to seek opportunities to expand the remit of activity with clients.
- Take a partnership approach to developing mutually profitable, long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrate a good strategic capability with the ability to interrogate opportunities and present thinking with clarity.
