**The Position**

Do you know your city like the back of your hand? Can you ensure access to the best seats, newest openings, top tables and under-the-radar, one-off experiences? And are you passionate about bringing the best of it to the discerning guests of a world-leading luxury hotel? Then we would love you to join us as Junior Concierge at Rocco Forte Hotels.

Armed with a bursting contacts book and the inside track on the city’s hottest hangouts, you will ensure every guest’s stay is enriched by extraordinary local experiences. You’ll be passionate about giving five-star treatment, adept at anticipating guests’ every need and exceeding expectations — whether that means getting them behind-the-scenes access to a sold-out show or recommending the perfect park for a family outing.

A warm and intuitive people person and experienced concierge, you will thrive working in a team, communicating with colleagues with confidence and sensitivity, supporting the Head Concierge and Assistant Concierge in the smooth running of the department, and working alongside the Luggage Porters and Door Persons to give guests the warmest welcome.

Naturally, you will add an aptitude for organisation and computer literacy to your exceptional people skills, and remain well-versed in industry trends and the wider market. In turn, you will be given the support to develop your own skills and career with us.
