Waitress/bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Your expertise in mixology, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Provide exceptional guest services by promptly addressing any concerns or issues

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with culinary techniques and food preparation is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to increase sales
- Proficient in time management to ensure timely service
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work well within a team
- Need speak English and Portuguese

Pay: £7.57-£12.61 per hour
