This growing company are looking for a focused and intuitive individual to join their team as a HR Generalist. Working to assist the Group HR Business Partner your main duties will include but not be limited to delivering tactical HR through managing employee’srelations, recruitment, on-boarding and HR related administration.

Based in Brackley the hours of work will consist of 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday and offering up to £34,000 per annum.

Duties of the role:

- Advise and support in matters relating to HR across the company.
- Create and roll-out learning and development workshops and initiatives.
- Manage employment relations including grievances, disciplinaries, probation and performance reviews and all related matters.
- Aid in the recruitment process, amending or updating job descriptions and carrying out on-boarding processes.
- Streamline HR files and systems.
- Formulate reports on relevant HR data and statistics.
- Manage performance cycles.
- Maintain and create template letters.
- Complete general HR related administration.

You must:

- Show excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be organised and efficient in your working, with fantastic attention to detail.
- Bring a flexible and hands on approach to your role.
- Understand the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Work well independently and on your own initiative.
- Hold previous experience in a HR Advisory and administration background.
- Have good computer skills and be able to adapt to using multiple software’s.

A CIPD level qualification would be advantageous but is not required.
